Fundraising Chair
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify grant opportunities that align with the nonprofit’s mission, programs, and services.
- Write and submit compelling grant proposals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate, foundation, family, and individual donors.
- Develop and manage online crowdfunding campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage, retain, and thank donors.
- Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events (e.g., galas, charity runs and walks, auctions), including securing sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful fundraising.
- Experience in grant writing and securing donations from various sources.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other Chairpersons to create cohesive fundraising campaigns.

Web Analytics & Optimization Chair
Google Analytics Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Analytics and recommend new ways to use it.
- Create new reports to help us track user behavior on our website, particularly where users go after clicking on one of our Google Ads.
- Create new conversion events to help us more accurately assess the performance of our Google Ads.
CRO & SEO Responsibilities:
- Identify barriers to conversions and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and user experience (UX) enhancements.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize landing pages and user flows.
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to enhance organic search visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Expertise in web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and SEO.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other Chairpersons to guide them in using your analysis and optimized landing pages in their campaigns.

Secretary of the Board
Responsibilities:
- Record and distribute minutes for all board meetings.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain official records, including bylaws, policies, and board member information.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for document retention.
- Assist Chairman in handling annual filings and reports with government agencies.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to board governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school degree
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in recording and reviewing meeting minutes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for document management and communication (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft Office, email platforms).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other Chairpersons, as needed.

Marketing & Branding Chair
Responsibilities:
- Work on branding strategies for Founder/President Amy Jones Anichini.
- Create marketing materials and campaigns to promote the nonprofit’s mission, programs, and services (Coaching and Consulting services with Amy Jones Anichini).
- Advise on the organization’s current brand identity. Suggest revisions if necessary.
- Ensure consistency in branding for both the nonprofit and Founder/President Amy Jones Anichini across all platforms and materials.

- Expertise in branding and marketing.
- Creative thinking and design skills.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and materials.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other Chairpersons to create cohesive campaigns.

THIS POSITION IS FILLED! Social Media Marketing Chair
PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow followers and engagement across all social media channels.
- Understand and leverage each platform’s algorithm to maximize reach.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Advise/assist on content creation based on what followers seem most interested in from us.
- For video content for any platform, advise on size, orientation, where text can be placed, etc.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in social media marketing.
- Familiarity with platform algorithms and best practices.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other Chairpersons to create cohesive campaigns.

PR & Advertising Chair
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to get press coverage.
- Write and distribute press releases, blog posts, articles, and newsletters.
- Build relationships with media outlets and journalists.
- Design advertising campaigns (including using our Google Ads Grant)
Qualifications:
- Experience in public relations and advertising.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Media relations experience.
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other Chairpersons to create cohesive campaigns.
